Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.

International Shipping (if applicable): 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party appointed by You, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

Refund Timeframes
Once We receive and inspect the returned Goods, We will notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date We receive the returned Goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in Your bank account depending on Your payment provider.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in their original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, deterioration, or expiry
Goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of returned delivery.
