Shipping and Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
Domestic Shipping (India): 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
International Shipping (if applicable): 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
Return & Refund
We offer replacement if your kit arrives damaged or incomplete. Since our kits reveal a sealed solution at the end, we don’t accept returns on opened kits (same as any game or puzzle). Unopened kits can be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of returned delivery.
